This Sunday Loves post is dedicated to The Literary Gift Company.
I love their quote tote bags, particularly the ones with quotes about libraries and Librarians because, well, I am one! Last week my best friend bought me a Neil Gaiman quote tote as a thank you gift and I was so pleased that I started using it the very next day.
Sadly, by afternoon I had noticed that the seam had come apart on one side. I immediately tweeted The Literary Gift Company and their response is exactly the reason that I’m featuring them on Dewey Girl today.
They couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic. The replacement arrived just a couple of days later along with a door hanger, book mark and cute postcard. Faulty items happen sometimes, it’s rare and just bad luck,, but The Literary Gift Company dealt with it so well and without flinching. From this one experience alone, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
The sell anything from clothing to jewellery and home wares as well as mugs with witty taglines and cool posters. Some of my favourites include the “I’m figuratively dying for cuppa” mug, the Children’s Literature Map of the Britain poster and the “Yes, I’m Actually Reading This” bookmark pad.
So, if you love books or you know someone who does and you’re looking for gift ideas, head over to The Literary Gift Company. They have some seriously fun bookish items for you to buy and to top it off nicely, they provide excellent customer service too!
